where Darryl Murchison of Darryl & Co. created a 16-foot waterfall
engraved with the couple’s names. A custom chandelier hung from the
ceiling and a gazebo of orchids housed the wedding cake from Who Made
the Cake. Forty thousand white orchids in total went into the reception
decor. While guests dined on delicious creations form Jackson & Co.
catering, they enjoyed performances by international pop stars and
dancers.

WHO MADE THE CAKE?
All brides-and presumably their grooms as well – labor anxiously over
their wedding days for one reason: At the end of the day, they get to
eat cake. From that supposition, it follows that the source for the cake
is very important. Who Made the Cake? is at the high end of custom
cake-making, a design studio that can craft towering confections for
celebrations of all kinds. “Confectionary Artist” Nadine Moon is at the
helm, creating sugar flowers and bows and hand-painted designs. The
store can serve any size event but requires notice a month in advance.
